Job Title Maintenance Supervisor Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor Our Services division offers a full-service portfolio, which includes operation and maintenance services, process optimization, system upgrades and modifications throughout the material handling system's life cycle at airports. The Shiftleader is responsible for the operational and technical personnel duties while operating and maintaining the baggage handling system at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Provides leadership, training support, and direction to the onsite team to achieve safety, quality, productivity, along with meeting customer service goals. Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities): - Exercise safe working practice at all times - Inspect and diagnose complex mechanical/electrical systems - Inspect and diagnose mechanical systems - Perform specified preventive maintenance - Communicate with various parties on the work performed and present status of specialty systems. - Interpret engineering drawings in reference to layout, location, and operation of the system(s). - Attend to faults, alarms and warnings - Monitor reporting through CMMS, including generating and closing w...
