Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Career Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) based out of Everett, WA to support the Quality Enhanced Training Team. This position is part of an established team focused on improving, standardizing, and strengthening the Quality organization and Quality Training System. The ideal candidate thinks strategically and creatively, uses data and analytics to make informed decisions, and demonstrates commitment to the mission and Boeing Values and Behaviors. They will leverage the team’s expertise and energy to achieve shared objectives. The candidate must understand effective team dynamics and be able to work collaboratively to reach higher performance levels. They should be able to plan work clearly using systems thinking, involve relevant stakeholders, anticipate critical events, identify required resources, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines and performance expectations.
