Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships. - Lead, coach and support a team of recruiters and sourcers to ensure consistent performance and high ‑ quality delivery. - Manage day ‑ to ‑ day recruitment operations, ensuring all requisitions are handled efficiently and in line with client expectations. - Monitor and analyse recruitment performance, SLA/KPI achievement and team productivity, implementing improvements where needed. - Oversee workload allocation, capacity planning and prioritisation across the delivery team. - Provide recruitment expertise, market insights and strategic recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR partners. - Ensure adherence to established recruitment processes, compliance standards and data integrity requirements. - Resolve escalations and operational issues in a timely and proactive manner. - Promote a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise tools, processes and delivery models. - Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities and...
