Position contributes to the public safety mission by directing daily activities of security supervisors and support staff as shift commander in an institutional setting. Coordinates and reviews the work of others on assigned shift to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment. Leads, develops, and counsels staff. Responsible for work schedules, duty rosters and performance management system for staff.
