THE JOB: As an Event Services Manager in the Social/Weddings market, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. This is a highly visible role that acts as the liaison between clients and the hotel to provide detailed planning and supervision of assigned social groups, events, and Weddings. This role will provide exceptional service for clients, planners, and vendors to help support the greater hotel operations team in providing elevated event experiences. The Event Services Manager distributes detailed event orders, group resumes, and diagrams, oversees tasting and event planning meetings with clients, manages onsite event coordination, and approves final group billing arrangements.
