T his role focuses on administrative coordination and task execution to ensure new and current Team Members receive timely , accurate , and warm support throughout their journey with Breeze. Here's what you'll do: Here's what you'll need to be successful - Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, I-9s, E-Verify, and fingerprinting - Print and prepare Team Member badges in accordance with Breeze badging procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution for new hires and replacements - Track onboarding task completion and send follow-up reminders to ensure timely processing - Handle routine email correspondence from new hires...
