Inventory Control Supervisor AJM Packaging Corporation Joplin, MO: Position Overview -: AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to our team. The Inventory Control Supervisor will perform regular and requested cycle counts, ensure inventory accuracy in the database, investigate and report discrepancies, and assist with the placement and organization of materials. Responsibilities & Duties -: - Help build and improve inventory workflows and SOPs to increase operational efficiency. - Collaborate with warehouse operations and other commodity teams to solve problems and improve inventory processes. - Manage cycle counts of finished goods, raw materials, and production materials. Confirm quantity and condition of all goods and materials. - Accurately record all count information and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards. - Investigate and report inventory discrepancies promptly, notifying appropriate personnel of any significant variances. - Assist in hiring, training, and coaching inventory control associates.
