As a Card Servicer II, you will be responsible for the following: - Providing member services for Automated Teller Machine (ATM), MoneyPlus, and credit cardholders. - Analyzing disputes and initiating chargebacks. - Performing monetary and non-monetary adjustments and changes to cardholder accounts. - Posting and imaging monetary and non-monetary adjustments to cardholder accounts. - Servicing and balancing ATM machines. - Interfacing with credit union staff, departments, and member...
