Job Title: Maintenance Technician, Days/6 am to 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri Job Description: Maintenance Technician III The Role: The Maintenance Technician III performs a variety of tasks and assignments including the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure. A key focus will be on , equipment reliability , safety, troubleshooting, and process improvement projects . In this role you will: Repair blowers, vacuum pumps, augers, gas furnaces, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot, electrical components such as contactors, switches, relays, and controllers Walk the production line daily and look for abnormalities in the equipment Troubleshoot production issues with support from the maintenance team and/or engineering Will support the installation of new equipment, retrofitting of old equipment, and facility capital projects to help improve the manufacturing process Educate operators to improve day-to-day machine operations and update documents if needed Order parts and build materials list to complete upcoming projects Work as a team or independently as the tasks require Maintain a n organized and safe work area.
