Our Benefits function has scaled to a global program covering thousands of employees across multiple regions in just over two years, and we are now adding additional depth to match that breadth. We are hiring a senior individual contributor to anchor a major piece of our global program. The role is shaped to fit the strongest candidate's regional expertise. You will primarily own one of two scopes: Both versions of this role share the same level, the same reporting line, and the same core competencies.
