Contribute to international projects by supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of business and digital initiatives (with guidance from experienced team members) Assist in analyzing and improving business processes across key areas (e.g. sales, customer experience (CX), and aftersales), identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency Research automotive industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across sales, marketing, and customer service to support client projects Support transformation initiatives related to digital platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes in the automotive sector...
