Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Job Title: Practice Manager II Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Shift : Monday-Friday, no weekends: Location : St. Mary Medical Center - Langhorne, PA Position Purpose: Practice Manager II primary responsibilities include strategic direction and maintenance of the daily operations, financial and budgetary oversight as well as general management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties and high complexity. As a Practice Manager II, you will: - Be r esponsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site (location). Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Have overall operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services. - Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice.
