Deputy KC-46 Test Program Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Deputy KC-46 Test Program Manager (TPM) to join our team in Seattle, WA . Position Responsibilities: Partner with the TPM to lead execution of test program work statement, commitments, and performance including scope, cost, schedules, implementation of the test requirements and their design solutions, and safe operations during all phases of the test program, and overall performance to plan metrics Accountable to the TPM for cost and schedule performance, quality and safety of the test operations, strategy and execution Partner with Program Managers, Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders, Capability leaders, Customers, Suppliers and BT&E stakeholders to execute test programs and meet commitments Develop, integrate & implement strategic plans in partnership with BT&E Leadership and Safety Management System (SMS) Program Leadership to plan and execute investments to ensure facilities, people, and tools are ready to support current and future SOW Active in support of a culture improvements wherein Safety and Quality concerns are identified, assessed and actively managed...
