Title: Relief Physical Therapist State Role Title: Therapist III: Hiring Range: $40.00 - $56.00: Pay Band: 5: Agency: Dept of Veterans Services: Location: Davis & McDaniel Vet Care Ctr Agency Website: www.dvs.virginia.gov: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: Develops, implements, and supervises programs to help residents achieve maximum capabilities, and to prevent or minimize new or progressive disabilities. Plans are developed for 100% of identified residents. Provides clinical management of long term patients. Evaluates, prescribes designs, fabricates, requisitions, and coordinates implementation and repair of adaptive equipment. Coordinates with vendors, purchasing, fiscal, living units, and other departments. Works cooperatively with other IDT members to design integrated plans and provide supportive documentation. Goals, objectives, and plans are identified for all patients receiving PT services within established time frames or of recommended changes and all target dates are current.
