Audubon is currently seeking a Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief to join our team. This role will be working in various states including but not limited to the following: TX, OK, PA, MO, KS, LA, ND, SD & CO. The Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief reports to the Survey & Mapping Manager and Operations Manager. The Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief leads the work of a party engaged in surveying. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Areas of Responsibility will include: - Keeps Operations Manager and applicable Project Manager apprised of daily survey activities. - Works with the company's Registered Land Surveyor or Subcontractor Registered Land Surveyor as needed to provide necessary data and information on projects where the client requires certified plats or drawings. - Keeps in close contact with the applicable project manager to assure a full understanding of the scope of services of projects. - Downloads data collected daily and transmits the data files. - Is prepared daily to assist clients in the field including the appropriate attire for field services.
