Salary: Position Overview: The Manager, Supply Planning will lead the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal production, inventory, and supply network performance. Key Responsibilities: ' Develop, implement, and continuously improve supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. ' Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) activities and drive supply network planning to optimize inventory and service levels. ' Own the master supply plan, translating demand forecasts into actionable production and inventory strategies. ' Oversee production planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely order fulfillment. ' Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to resolve constraints and balance capacity with demand. ' Manage supply network planning across multiple sites, suppliers, and distribution centers. ' Execute Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to assess capacity requirements and proactively address bottlenecks.
