Role Overview: The Project Manager (Property) will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organisational goals & brand standards. Projects may include refurbishments, organic openings, systems implementation, operational improvements, compliance projects, and cross-functional business change programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams, operational managers, nursery teams, and external suppliers to manage delivery from planning through execution and completion.
