The Role The Senior Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager is a strategic and execution-oriented leader responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing integrated global campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for Aiven. This role will be instrumental in fueling both our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion by driving sign-ups and trials, and our Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motion by generating qualified leads for net new logo acquisition and customer expansion. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and the content and community teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with both technical users and senior executive audiences in a crowded market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated, multi-channel global demand generation campaigns to drive measurable results for both PLG and SLG. - Own the top-of-funnel (TOF) metrics for PLG (sign-ups, trials) and work collaboratively with the Revenue Marketing Director to ensure a seamless handoff to the Growth team for activation and monetization.
