The Market and Federal Compliance organization provides functional area compliance oversight, support and monitoring for processes, procedures and controls intended to ensure compliance with the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) regulatory requirements, standards, tariffs, and agreements.
