You can be part of the team that enables significant service improvements for our people. You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. In this role, you'll: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated ETL/ELT processes to support analytics and business intelligence needs. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by implementing best practices in governance and adhering to TfNSW standards. Optimize data workflows and infrastructure for efficiency, scalability, and performance through automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business intelligence teams and stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain data models and schemas that enable efficient storage, retrieval, and integration across multiple platforms.
