Is it you?: As the Solution Management Team Manager , you will lead a team of Solution Managers and serve as a strategic bridge between Delivery, R&D, Product, and Sales. You will oversee both inbound and outbound technical engagements, ensuring our customers receive scalable, well-designed solutions while aligning internal teams around customer and business needs. You will guide the team responsible for designing and delivering integrations of Shield’s technology into customer environments, helping customers navigate our platform while ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency. Our solution management team aspires to be the driving force behind innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
