Job description

DESCRIPTION: Duties: Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs for public and private institutions. Advise on acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buy-outs, or executing capital markets transactions, including equity offerings and debt issuances. Review financial data to build detailed financial models and execute transactions from pitch to close. Review valuation analyses, including Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), trading comparables, transaction comparables, Leveraged buyout (LBO) analysis, and business financial combination, prepared by Analysts. Conduct industry and market research in order to execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions. Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses with broader team, senior executives, and clients. Develop pitch materials to secure new business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, gather deliverables, and communicate findings to senior team members or clients.
