Senior Kanban Coach

Overview Nakupuna Consulting, a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO), is seeking a highly experienced Senior Kanban Coach to support a government customer in a mission-critical environment. The successful candidate will provide expert-level coaching, consulting, and training to teams and leadership while helping mature Kanban practices across the organization. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Kanban at scale, tooling expertise in JIRA and Confluence, and the ability to operate effectively within Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
