Responsibilities: Ensure that all service phone calls are handled professionally and expediently Coordinates service shop work flow by effective coordination with Service Leadman and assignment of jobs to technicians Supervises all assigned service technicians Coordinates department activities between service department, parts department and service customer Facilitates effective communication between internal and external customers, vendors and business contacts Primary Duties: Assesses incoming service department jobs, makes initial repair diagnosis and creates customer repair orders following company procedures to include obtaining customer signature on form Updates and closes computer...
