Job description

The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivery of customer service to ensure our guests have an extraordinary experience. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Responsible for greeting and seating guests. Create a welcoming environment by clearing tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and stocking. Takes and serves to-go orders as needed. - Plans, organizes and completes work timely. - Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. - Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors. - Ability to lift 40 pounds. - Able to perform repetitive tasks. - Work safely in a busy kitchen environment. - Be able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies. Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays. - Receive and maintain all required certifications. - Complete all required company training. - Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
