This position is responsible for supporting and administering a portfolio of cloud-based platforms, including donor management systems, customer relationship management systems, digital content and streaming platforms, eCommerce and marketplace integrations, and video distribution channels. The role ensures reliable system integrations, automated data flows, and accurate reporting across platforms using low-code integration tools, relational databases, and enterprise analytics solutions.
