Environmental Project Manager

Job description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing the company’s environmental compliance risks and ensuring compliance with various environmental regulations including aboveground/underground storage tanks, spill prevention, control and countermeasures plans (SPCC), UST/AST tank removals and remediation portfolios; as well as any other regulatory requirements that affect the business. Additionally, this position is responsible for the ongoing development of compliance strategies. The role is an “in-office” position where the Environmental Project Manager is expected to be in the office 4 days per week located at 2675 Morgantown Rd, Reading, Pennsylvania. Qualifications: - Manage compliance reporting, permitting and regulatory plans to governmental agencies on behalf of the Company. - Manage environmental compliance reports/letters/plans and assist field locations with corrective actions related to compliance issues identified during regulatory inspections. - Make decisions to implement solutions to improve compliance, reduce costs, improve cycle times, and limit environmental risks and improve environmental sustainability of the company. - Coordinate with and oversee vend...
