Job description

STV is seeking a BIM Manager for our Digital Advisory group to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our Texas locations. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity. Responsibilities include: Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle. Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols. Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues. Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance. Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, and Dynamo scripts.
