Join our Tax & Finance team in London as a Tax Manager supporting tax compliance, advisory, and operational tax processes. Your future role within QRT: - Review UK corporate and international (e.g., CbCR, Pillar 2) tax filings prepared by external tax preparers. - Assist with ad hoc advisory matters and compliance for U.S./ international withholding tax regimes, including Chapters 3 and 4, FATCA, and CRS. - Support the completion and submission of withholding tax exemption forms (e.g., W-8BEN-E, treaty forms, and equivalents in other jurisdictions). - Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure proper documentation and withholding positions across jurisdictions. -...
