Description Job Summary: The Learning and Development Specialist at LACENTA is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with both organizational learning and regulatory compliance needs. This role will work closely with all departments across the organization to ensure employees are not only equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles but also fully aware of and compliant with relevant laws, policies, and industry standards.
