About the role: As an ISD Global Support Intern, you will provide hands‑on technical support to users across multiple IT environments, assisting with hardware, software, networking, and enterprise system troubleshooting. You will help identify, research, and resolve technical issues. This role is ideal for a student looking for real-world experience in IT operations, global service delivery, and enterprise support processes. You will report to the IT Team Lead and be located at our Columbia facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer.
