Job description

Your Tasks: - Development and implementation of the international social media and content strategy for MediaMarkt across 11 countries in close alignment with Brand Strategy, International Campaigning, and local marketing teams - Translation of customer, brand, and performance insights into creative, digital-first content ideas and always-on formats to strengthen brand relevance and support commercial priorities - Creation and orchestration of scalable content concepts, toolkits, and guidelines enabling local markets to execute consistent yet locally relevant social media and content activities - Steering and briefing of internal and external creative partners (e.g., agencies, production partners) and ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and on-time delivery of assets across all relevant channels and touchpoints - Monitoring and analysis of performance across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels), derivation of clear recommendations, and continuous optimization of content and formats based on data insights - Function as central point of contact for international social media and content topics, fostering best-practice sharing, knowledge transfer, and cross...
