Description: The Associate Director of Clinical Case Management & Crisis Support is a multifaceted role within Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) overseeing acute clinical services, and is a part of the CAPS Leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This is a 12-month full-time position that assists in the development and implementation of the center's mission and vision as well as the day-to-day management of CAPS. - In collaboration with the Executive Director, The Associate Director assumes primary leadership for crisis response, hospitalization coordination, post-hospitalization processes, and clinical case management. - This position may also provide primary supervision for trainees as well as clinical staff under training/provisional licenses. - In consultation with the Executive Director of CAPS, this position will develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that strengthen cr...
