Description In order to reach youth who are currently unable to access a Club, the Mobile Clubhouse Experience brings the Club and its services where they are needed most. The mission of the Mobile Clubhouse Experience is simple: Every kid eats. Every kid Learns. Every kid Thrives. The part-time Mobile Youth Specialist is responsible for mobile program implementation, youth program quality, administrative compliance and safety. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Mobile Program Implementation: - Accountable for assigned programming and activities - Accountable for providing age appropriate services and activities to youth - Accountable for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety Accountable for creating a fun and engaging learning environment - Accountable for accurate and timely documentation and reporting Youth Program Quality: - Accountable for fidelity of curriculum - Accountable for quality programming and activities - Accountable for implementing YPQ techniques Administrative Compliance: - Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time. - Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting.
