Job description

We are looking for Production Operators to join our team on 3rd shift in Carlisle, PA . In this position, you will operate various types of production equipment. We will train dependable individuals with a desire to work as a part of a team in a successful and growing manufacturing company. Compensation: $27.21 to start, $30.48 after 6 months $1 shift differential per hour while working 3rd shift Schedule: - 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am. Monday - Friday Overtime may be required: Job Responsibilities: - Operate production machinery to maximize output of quality product. - Retrieve and move raw material into place as required. - Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the proper flow of materials throughout the plant. - Provide coverage for a variety of manufacturing processes/equipment. - Provide brief relief when applicable for breaks and lunch. - Follow production schedules, oral and published job instructions, specifications and prescribed procedures. - Detect, rectify as able, and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual conditions. - Observe prescribed safety regulations. - Keep count, tallies and records as required. - Perform various other related or associated...
