Job description
YOUR ROLE: In line with the marketing and commercial strategy of VELUX Belgium: You develop a sales strategy based on major market trends, customer needs, and the overall strategy of VELUX Belgium. You manage a team of sales representatives (account managers) active in the professional retail and DIY market. Together with them, you define both the strategic and operational approach for resellers, and you follow up on their field activities, including the Key Account plans for our major customers. You ensure the development of the competencies of your team members and support them in their growth within the company. You directly manage an existing portfolio of “key” clients in the DIY chain segment. You build long-term relationships with these partners and maintain regular contact with purchasing headquarters. You present our products and strategy to key clients and develop joint marketing and commercial initiatives to create strong and sustainable partnerships. You work closely with all internal departments of VELUX Belgium (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, etc.).
