POSITION SUMMARY: Handles the intake of all new referrals to Byram Healthcare for diabetic medical equipment and supplies. Navigates new patients through the medical records retrieval process, evaluation of insurance criteria and coverage, health plan authorizations, and shipment of initial orders.
