They are to administer professional massage and body treatments to our guest. They must have thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and possess a general understanding of body treatments, to ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform massage and body treatments in a safe and comfortable manner. Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner and in accordance with our hotel standards. Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations, including Covid-19 guidelines. Escort clients to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs throughout Spa visit.
