Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience managing network projects. - Experience in an Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) network, specifically terrestrial fiber routes and cable vault infrastructure. - Experience managing a team, focusing on operational delivery and career coaching. - Experience managing fiber optic network inventory data and ensuring data integrity. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience in fiber splicing and optical power budget calculation. - Experience with design automation and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). - Excellent problem-solving ability, data analysis, and advanced data handling skills.
