In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in derivatives and OTC trading , ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating seamless transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation , shaping legal strategies and supporting global trading operations. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in derivatives, capital markets, or trading documentation legal work . Strong knowledge of ISDA agreements, CSA, and global OTC derivatives regulations . Proven track record of advising clients on derivatives documentation and regulatory compliance . Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
