We’re looking for a Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt. Day to day responsibilities: - Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. - Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision - Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff - Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues - Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships - Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients Essential Traits: - Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields - Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA - Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers - CPA is strongly preferred - Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills - Proven written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel - Flexibility to travel, as needed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities - Experience working with diverse...
