The primary responsibilities of this person will be to write parts estimates/orders and handle complete processing of all orders while assisting customers and teammates in a professional manner in a Product Support facility. Responsibilities: - Process material transactions in ERP system. - Work with customers and technicians to fill parts requirements with general supervision. - Address customer needs and issues in a timely manner. - Maintain stock levels by assisting with purchasing requirements as needed to replenish consumables, complete work orders and fill customer orders. - Prepare invoices for all orders, initiate billing and receive payment for parts and services. - Perform Shipper / Receiver tasks. - Receive purchase...
