JOB SUMMARY: The Claims Specialist shall serve as a member of the Company's risk management team, supporting the Company's auto and general liability claims programs, fleet operations, and technology initiatives. This Position is responsible for the day-to-day management of claims intake and administration, oversight of the company’s fleet's compliance and driver qualification files, and execution of technical projects that improve the department's efficiency and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate shall possess foundational claims experience, genuine curiosity about technology, and the organizational skills to manage competing priorities across several workstreams. This Position reports directly to the General Counsel and offers significant opportunity for professional growth as the Company's risk function matures.
