Overview An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson during a pivotal period of impact and opportunity. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the organization, serving as the primary partner to the Board of Directors and the chief steward of the mission.Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO provides visionary, decisive, and ethical leadership to ensure strong organizational performance, financial sustainability, and meaningful outcomes for the youth and families served. This leader must balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, while inspiring confidence among staff, donors, partners, and the broader community.Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to enable all young people—especially those who need us most—to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
