STARTING RATE: Commission + $12.00 hr, downtime hourly rate only. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: State of Nevada Board of Cosmetology Manicurist License. JOB SUMMARY: Provide all phases of nail care including, but not limited to, pedicures, manicures, and artificial nails. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have minimum one (1) year licensed experience required. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work weekends. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Advise guests and team members on how to best care for the needs of their feet and hands. Provide analysis and consultation as to which nail shape and color will most accentuate their features. 2. Provide and sell retail products that are most favorable to maintain the health and beauty of their nails and skin. 3. Consistently work alongside fellow team members in a positive, professional, and productive manner. 4. Keep work area clean, neat and organized. 5. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
