They act as the primary user of the system during this phase, validating its functionality, identifying any inconsistencies, and ensuring stability before final acceptance. By closely monitoring system performance, reporting issues, and maintaining detailed logs, the Operator plays a key role in delivering a fully functional and reliable system to the customer.
