The Sprinter Sales Manager is responsible for building fleet and commercial vehicle retail relationships, presenting Sprinter vehicle solutions, and offering upfitting services. They also manage existing customers, grow the sales base, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong customer service, sales process knowledge, and leadership skills are essential.
