Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a contract full-time, 40 hours per week, Job Developer in EDMONTON to join our Community Outreach & Disability Service. We are looking for staff who are client-centered, trauma-informed, patient, engaging, confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in the community. The contract will end on March 31, 2030. Program Overview: The Employer Relations and Job Developer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, creating inclusive employment opportunities, and supporting participants’ successful entry into and retention in the workforce. This role serves as a bridge between marginalized mothers seeking employment and employers seeking reliable, supported employees. Working from a trauma informed, strength based framework, the Job Developer advocates for participants, supports employers in creating welcoming work environments, and collaborates closely with internal program staff to ensure appropriate job matching, placement, and employment retention.
