Overview JOB SUMMARY: The Lift Team Technician will provide direct patient care that includes lifting, turning, transferring, and repositioning patients that are appropriate for assistance. Lift Team Technicians may also perform teaching and training functions, limited clerical duties and equipment maintenance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Graduate. Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Able to work as a team member, and able to effectively communicate with patients, and have strong organizational skills. License/Certifications: Adult and pediatric American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card. Equipment: List of equipment potentially used to do the job with or without reasonable accomodation.
