Key Responsibilities: Wafer Production : Perform functions associated with all aspects of wafer production, including operations, equipment handling, and process training. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and work on defect-reduction. Technical Proficiency : Utilize technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, and verbal instructions to perform tasks. Problem Solving : Apply problem-solving techniques, use various tools, and test equipment to address production challenges.
